Several of our parks, facilities, and trails are named for women who were heroes in our community. To name a few: Thereasea Clark Elder, Liz Hair, Dorothy Doores Waddy, Eva B. Barber, Ruth G. Shaw, and Naomi Drenan. Read more about County heroes for Women's History Month: https://meck.co/3LpIssj
