The new Community Resource Center will officially be named after the late Commissioner Ella B. Scarborough. She’s one of the trailblazers in our community and organization who made it possible for the next generation to succeed.
The center will provide health and human services and programs like workforce development, food and nutrition services, and public health when it opens this summer.
