Here at MCSO, training is vital to everything we do and that is why we recently held our first Active Bystandership for Law Enforcement (ABLE) class.
ABLE training provides practical active bystandership strategies and tactics to prevent misconduct, reduce officer mistakes, and promote health and wellness. ABLE gives officers the tools they need to overcome the powerful inhibitors to intervene in another's actions.
