Please join us in recognizing our November Employee of the Month: Sergeant Nicole Hailey!
Sergeant Hailey has been employed with the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office since October 2000. She is currently assigned to the Juvenile Detention Center (B-Shift).
Sergeant Hailey has such compassion for what she does. She is always positive and full of energy, bringing a warm smile and laughter to everyone she meets. Staff and juveniles think highly of her and enjoy her presence. Sergeant Hailey cultivates an environment where everyone feels comfortable speaking to her about anything.
