Book a 30 minute time slot for 1-on-1 tech help with a Volunteer Tech Tutor!
This session is for any technology or general reference needs you may have. We can cover: basic technology assistance, job application assistance, or e-resource assistance. Participants will meet with the Tech Tutor in the Study Rooms if they bring their own devices or meet at a public computer.Please call the branch or make in person appointments at the UC Reference Desk. Please note: One appointment is allowed per person per week. Thank you for your understanding!This program will take place indoors at the University City Regional library. Indoor programs will be operating at a reduced attendance capacity and will include social distancing based on the library space. NOTE: Charlotte Mecklenburg Library is committed to public safety and continues to intentionally and deliberately expand in-person services that align with the COVID-19 safety guidelines set by Mecklenburg County, the Mecklenburg Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), the state of North Carolina and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
