Description:
Stop by Myers Park Library anytime during the month of August to complete the Back to School literacy scavenger hunt. Children will take an answer sheet and explore the branch, search for images with words related to school. Once a scavenger hunter finds all 9 hidden items, the answer sheet can be traded for a sweet treat or sticker at the circulation desk. This activity involves reading, writing, and observation and is great for children of all ages. This activity can be completed individually, with a partner, or small group.
