Wildwoods median home prices rose by 56.9% in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Wildwoods rose by $98,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $271,500 - a 56.9% increase over the $173,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Wildwoods in October 2020.

The median sales tax in Wildwoods for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,417, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
