The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Marvin increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Marvin rose by $106,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $841,250 - a 14.5% increase over the $735,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Marvin in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Marvin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,484, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
