CATS will host live virtual public meetings later this month on the proposed Silver Line - a 26-mile light rail project from the City of Belmont in Gaston County, through Center City Charlotte and the Town of Matthews, with a potential extension into Union County.
The public meeting will include a presentation and Q&A with the LYNX Silver Line project team.
The 26-mile alignment has been broken into six focus segments. Focus Area 5 includes the majority of Matthews. Focus Area 6 includes a small part of Matthews.
