On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Independence High School standout Maya Douglas’ current college team, the Harvard Crimson, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Georgia Southern Eagles.

The game took place at Eagle Field. This was their second matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Crimson’s next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 11 a.m. at Anderson Softball Stadium against Saint Joseph’s Hawks.
