On Friday, March 7, former Independence High School standout Mallory Shaver’s current college team, the USC Aiken Pacers, lost 3-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Georgia Southwestern State Hurricanes.

The game took place at Lady Canes Softball Field. This was their first matchup against the Hurricanes this season.

The Aiken Pacers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 1 p.m. at Lady Canes Softball Field against Georgia Southwestern State Hurricanes.
