On Friday, March 13, the Lees-McRae Bobcats, featuring former Independence High School standout Kamora Brown, were eliminated from the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament after a 68-53 loss to the Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters.
The contest was held at B. Frank Tex Turner Arena at 5 p.m., marking the Bobcats’ initial tournament matchup against the Railsplitters.
