Zion McDuffie, a former Butler High School standout now playing for the Catawba Indians, is preparing to compete in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The team will open the tournament as the No. 3 seed, facing the sixth-seeded Columbus State Cougars.
The first matchup is scheduled for Saturday, March 14 at 12 p.m. in the Abney Athletic Center.
